Report WatchBY MAYD-IT

FREE TOOL · NO SIGN-IN

A second look.
Before you send it.

Check missing columns, uneven rows, and stale dates before relying on a CSV report. Paste a file you already have, or start with a fictional example.

Your CSV stays in this browser. This checker does not upload files, save results, or send report alerts. No sign-in required.

1. Add your CSV

Comma-separated UTF-8 text. Up to 1 MiB, 100 columns, and 10,000 data rows. A header must fit 100 UTF-16 units; a cell can contain up to 16,384 units. Examples are fictional.

2. Choose what should pass

Date checks inspect every row using your device’s current time. Use YYYY-MM-DD (midnight UTC) or an ISO timestamp with a timezone. Dates more than five minutes in the future fail.

WHEN THE REPORT KEEPS COMING

One check today.
A watch for every deadline.

This free tool checks one file locally. Paid Report Watch workspaces add recurring schedules, saved evidence, missing-report checks, and queued email alerts. You connect the report workflow; Report Watch does not generate reports or prove client delivery.

Check my workflow fit

A few useful details

Does this upload or store my file?

No. CSV text and rule values stay in this page’s memory. Clear everything or close the page to discard them. The public page may count a visit, a completed check or a next-step link click, never your CSV, rules or check result. Read about these counts.

Is this the same as scheduled monitoring?

No. This local check has no saved history, schedule, report-period attribution, or alerts. The paid workspace validates files submitted to its server and can check missed deadlines. See plans and early-access limits.

What does a passing result mean?

Only that this received text passes the rules you selected. Check the original data and the intended reporting period too. A structurally valid CSV can still contain incorrect business figures.
