Your file stays yours.

The free CSV checker

The free checker at /tools/csv-checker reads CSV text and rule settings in your browser. It does not upload the file, store your rules or results on our server, or send them to an AI service. Nothing from the file is included in the page counters described below. Clear everything or close the page to discard the checker’s in-memory state.

The paid workspace is a separate service: files submitted there are processed on its server, and check metadata is retained. See the Report Watch account privacy details.

The workflow fit finder

The fit finder uses your selected answers in browser memory to suggest a next step. Answers and recommendations are not sent to the counter or saved to an account. Reset or leave the page to discard them. A generic completed-guide action may be counted, along with page views and marked signup-link clicks. The outcome is not included.

Small counts, without visitor profiles.

On public Report Watch discovery pages, a small first-party request can count a page view, a completed local check, a completed fit guide, or a marked next-step or signup-link click. Each action is attempted at most once per page mount. Completed checks include fictional examples and supported browser-agent checks; no pass/fail result is sent. We store only the UTC day, fixed page and action labels, a broad reported-source label, and totals. The source label can be Mayd-it, Apify, Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, direct/unknown, or other.

The browser classifies its immediate referring page locally. We do not carry the original source between pages or associate it with an account or payment. It does not send that referring URL to the counter. The counter does not store IP addresses, email addresses, account IDs, browser fingerprints, file names, CSV values, rule settings, or complete URLs. It sets no tracking cookie and uses no local-storage or session-storage identifier. We do not send these counts to an advertising or analytics provider.

The dashboard shows the last 30 UTC dates. Storage uses a fixed set of rotating aggregate slots. Older values are replaced when their slot is reused; an unused slot may retain an older total until then. There are no individual visit records to export or tie back to a particular person.

What the counts can—and cannot—tell us

These are approximate page and action counts, not unique people, completed signups, verified recommendations, or paid conversions. Browsers can omit referrers or block requests. Bots, repeated visits, forged values, and collection limits can affect the totals. A label such as “Claude” is a reported referral, not proof that Claude selected or endorsed this product.

Signed-in pages do not mount this public counter. The owner can separately see retained public-enrolled account totals. We do not join those account records to the public counters.

Hosting, fonts, and account services

Delivering a page still requires ordinary network requests. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare handle hosting requests and their operational logs. Google Fonts requests can disclose network information to Google. Our aggregate-count promises do not describe those providers’ own operational records. Authentication, paid monitoring, support, billing, and deletion requests are covered in the account privacy details.

This notice applies to the public Report Watch pages on reportwatch.mayd-it.com and its original chatgpt.site host. It adds these specific public-tool and counter details to the Mayd-it privacy policy; it does not add analytics to the main mayd-it.com company website.
