01 / THE WORKFLOW

Start with one report you already generate.

    Define the expectation.

    Choose required columns, row limits, optional date freshness and a daily or weekly deadline in your timezone.

  2. 02

    Check the CSV.

    Invited pilots upload a file in their signed-in workspace and select its intended deadline. Start with dashboard uploads; external workflow connections need a separate end-to-end check.

  3. 03

    Act on the evidence.

    Review failed rules and incidents in the dashboard. A corrected file gets its own check; a passing result applies to the selected report period.

02 / INSIDE A CHECK

Small changes.
Clear reasons to look.

Open an example to see what a configured check can reveal. These scenarios are fictional.

A pass means the received CSV met your rules. It does not prove client delivery, complete source data or business accuracy. A missing-report incident means no passing CSV was received for that deadline.

A required column disappears

The CSV is missing orders. The check fails and keeps the rule result for review.

An old export looks new

Date column: report_date · maximum age: 24 hours

At least one row is older than the configured limit. The freshness check fails, even if the file arrived today.

A deadline has no passing report

Daily at 09:00 · selected timezone · 30-minute grace

A background sweep after the grace period can record a missing-report incident. A later pass recovers only its intended deadline.

  • Account-scoped rules, check history and workspace export.

Still being verified

  • Each pilot’s email workflow and failure notifications. One queued branded owner email was confirmed delivered.
  • Automated workflow connections; customer ingestion is not yet proven end to end.
  • AI support is unconfigured; live payments are disabled.
  • Data-retention and completed-erasure workflows.

Review results in the dashboard. Do not rely on this beta as the sole check for critical reporting; no delivery or response-time guarantee is offered.

Before you upload

Use synthetic or sanitized reports without personal, confidential or regulated data. Raw CSV rows are processed in memory. Column names, fingerprints, check metadata, support messages and notification history are stored.

Export is an evidence download, not a restorable backup or deletion. A deletion request is not confirmation of erasure; confirm handling with the owner before using real customer data.

Why does a workspace need ChatGPT sign-in?

This beta uses the hosting platform’s ChatGPT sign-in to identify each workspace account. The public product page does not require sign-in. Email/password and Google sign-in are not currently offered.

Access is limited to the owner and up to three individually admitted pilot accounts. If your signed-in account has not been admitted, you will see an access-pending page. Public enrollment is not open.
