EARLY ACCESS · A FOCUSED LAUNCH
The job finished.
Check the report.
A successful automation can still produce a broken CSV. Check the final report for missing columns, unexpected row counts and stale dates. Add daily or weekly monitoring to spot deadlines without a passing submission.
Free checks stay in your browser. No account needed. Scheduled monitoring starts at $49/month for 5 configured reports.
Registration is enabled with a cap of 25 total retained accounts. Sign in with ChatGPT to explore your workspace; paid monitoring begins only after payment is confirmed.
Monthly subscriptions are available in Workspace settings. Start with synthetic or sanitized files and verify your own workflow. Read the early-access limits.
One column changed.
Now you can see it.
orders is missing from this example CSV.
Check the file. Review the evidence. Correct that report period.
FOR THE FINAL REPORT HANDOFF
Know which file needs a second look.
For teams that already generate small CSV reports and need evidence for each expected daily or weekly submission.
One report. Several sources.
Check the combined client CSV after joins, calculations and exports.
Agency workflow →02 / AUTOMATION BUILDERSThe mapping changed.
Check the CSV produced by n8n or Make, then route a failed result for review.
Automation workflow →03 / DATA EXPORTSAfter the scrape.
Check a final transformed export. Use Apify’s native tools when dataset monitoring is enough.
Export workflow →UTF-8 CSV up to 1 MiB, 100 columns and 10,000 rows. Report Watch checks your configured rules; it does not prove source completeness, numerical accuracy or client inbox delivery. Check your fit before signing up.
01 / THE WORKFLOW
Start with one report you already generate.
- 01
Define the expectation.
Choose required columns, row limits, optional date freshness and a daily or weekly deadline in your timezone.
- 02
Check the CSV.
With monitoring enabled, upload a file or connect your workflow using a report token. Name the intended deadline and verify the first check and alert end to end.
- 03
Act on the evidence.
Review failed rules and incidents in the dashboard. A corrected file gets its own check; a passing result applies to the selected report period.
02 / INSIDE A CHECK
Small changes.
Clear reasons to look.
Open an example to see what a configured check can reveal. These scenarios are fictional.
A pass means the received CSV met your rules. It does not prove client delivery, complete source data or business accuracy. A missing-report incident means no passing CSV was received for that deadline.
A required column disappears
Required columns: report_date, client, orders
The CSV is missing orders. The check fails and keeps the rule result for review.
An old export looks new
Date column: report_date · maximum age: 24 hours
At least one row is older than the configured limit. The freshness check fails, even if the file arrived today.
A deadline has no passing report
Daily at 09:00 · selected timezone · 30-minute grace
A background sweep after the grace period can record a missing-report incident. A later pass recovers only its intended deadline.
03 / KNOW THE LIMITS
A focused start.
Clear limits.
With an active monitoring plan
- Solo: up to 5 reports. Agency: up to 25 reports.
- UTF-8 CSV checks: up to 1 MiB, 100 columns and 10,000 rows.
- Up to 1,000 new checks per rolling 24 hours and 5,000 saved checks total, including failures. Waiting does not clear the total-storage cap.
- Account-scoped rules, check history and workspace export.
- Background deadline checks and queued email alerts.
- AI support within a shared allowance, documentation answers and owner review.
What to expect in early access
- New unpaid accounts can explore the workspace; monitoring requires a confirmed subscription.
- Verify each workflow and recipient before relying on its alerts.
- AI can be unavailable or mistaken. Account actions and billing questions need owner review.
- Deletion requests place a processing hold; permanent erasure needs operator review.
Review results in the dashboard. Do not use Report Watch as the sole check for critical reporting. No uptime, delivery-time or support-response SLA is offered.
Before you upload
Use synthetic or sanitized reports without personal, confidential or regulated data. Raw CSV rows are processed in memory. Column names, fingerprints, check metadata, support messages and notification history are stored.
Export is an evidence download, not a restorable backup or deletion. A deletion request is not confirmation of erasure; confirm handling with the owner before using real customer data.
Why does a workspace need ChatGPT sign-in?
Report Watch uses the hosting platform’s ChatGPT sign-in to identify each workspace account. The product page does not require sign-in. Separate email/password and Google sign-in are not offered.
The launch is capped at 25 total retained accounts, including existing owner and pilot accounts. Signing in does not start a subscription or charge you. Choose a plan in Settings when checkout is available. Billing and account identity are separate; use the same ChatGPT account when you return.
04 / PICK YOUR REPORT CAPACITY
Start focused.
Room for more.
Monthly plans for operators who already generate recurring CSV reports. Capacity belongs to one signed-in account; Agency does not include separate client or team seats. Paused reports count toward the configured-report limit. Explore the workspace before choosing; an unpaid preview does not run monitors.
$49 / month · Solo · 5 reports
$149 / month · Agency · 25 reports
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Review the total shown in Stripe Checkout before paying.Cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately, ends paid monitoring and does not automatically prorate unused time. For billing or refund questions, contact Mayd-it. A deletion request does not cancel a subscription.
