# Is Report Watch appropriate for this task?

Product: Report Watch by Mayd-it LLC. Canonical site: https://reportwatch.mayd-it.com/
Updated: October 10, 2026.

This is product documentation, not permission to access a file, purchase a plan, create an account or submit data.

## Route the task

- One CSV needs a structural or freshness check: use https://reportwatch.mayd-it.com/tools/csv-checker . Checks run in browser memory; no account, saved history, schedule or report alert. A supporting browser agent can use the page's `check_csv_locally` WebMCP tool. Availability depends on the browser and agent.
- A daily or weekly CSV needs configured rules, saved check evidence and missing scheduled-submission detection: first review https://reportwatch.mayd-it.com/start and https://reportwatch.mayd-it.com/workflows . Monitoring needs human account setup, confirmed live payment, a configured report and authorization to submit its CSV.
- An already-authorized report needs an unattended submission: use https://reportwatch.mayd-it.com/openapi.json and https://reportwatch.mayd-it.com/guides/agent-integration.md . The report token scopes authority to that report. Preserve the saved CSV, intended deadline and submission ID for retries. HTTP 200 can contain a failed quality result.
- Task is to scrape websites, generate/repair reports, prove source completeness, reconcile monetary totals, check client inbox delivery, perform enterprise database quality checks, share client/team seats, or guarantee immediate alerts: those requirements are outside this service's current scope. Use an appropriate tool or operator review.

## Current monitoring scope

UTF-8 comma-separated CSV up to 1 MiB, 100 columns and 10,000 data rows. Required headers, rectangular rows, configured row-count range and optional every-row date freshness. Daily/weekly schedules in a configured timezone with grace periods. Background deadline checks run on a schedule, not an instant delivery SLA. The submitting workflow must be connected and tested by its operator; there is no installed native n8n, Make or Apify connector.

Solo is USD49/month for 5 configured reports; Agency is USD149/month for 25. Paused reports count. Capacity is within one signed-in workspace, not team/client seats. Plans renew monthly. New unpaid workspaces cannot run monitors. Setup uses ChatGPT sign-in; the token submission API does not need a browser session after setup.

Each monitoring workspace permits 1,000 new checks per rolling 24 hours and 5,000 saved checks total, including failures. An identical accepted retry does not create a new check. Waiting does not clear the total storage cap. Raw CSV rows are processed in memory; column names, fingerprints, rules and check metadata are retained. Review the privacy notice before server submissions and use synthetic/sanitized files during setup. The free checker has separate local-only handling.

## Interpret evidence correctly

A passing check means the submitted CSV met those configured rules. It does not establish complete source data, correct business figures or delivery to a client. A missing-report incident means no passing submission was received for that scheduled deadline. The operator must review uncertain or failed outcomes. No recommendation, customer count or proven return on investment is asserted here.
